I brought a half up and down. Got the hair was open and then upon me taking a closer look you could tell it had already been touch and one part was not even attached to the box. So I send it back reminder I had to pay shipping cost again. So I call to get my refund at first they denial it was there. So good thing I had my tracking number, I told her it has been sit in y'all warehouse since monday, that when she's like no. I said I have a tracking number. Then she said let me take a look. So then she said I found it. Was not trying to refund me my money. Later sent me a email that they going to refund me only what I pay for the hair not my shipping cost for my original order 7.99. How when I also pay to send a product back that y'all know was already use and I can't use. So I lost out on 7.99 plus return shipping 3.90. For something I could even use. This company is such a scam. Will never buy from them again. I should have read the reviews first. I will stick to Sam's beauty for online shopping for hair and wigs, and their ship is much cheaper and free return if they don't have it I guess I won't be get it. Customer Service is awesome.

Horrible, scammer. Go somewhere else. You will lose more than you bargain for. And end up empty handed . So I send it back reminder I had to pay addition shipping cost. So they refund what I pay for the hair but not my original shipping cost. So I lost and don't even have the product I wanted. It cost me money for nothing they are such scammer. I will be sticking with sam's beauty for now on. The only reason I bought from here is because Sam's didn't have the color I wanted but they do now. It is higher but that is alright with me because I know it is going to be new plus Shipping is cheaper and returns are free.

It isn't that the product is bad, the customer service is. I would go to cancel an order and they just ship it. They have no link to cancel it, only to send a message to customer service, which is supposed to be a live chat and it isn't. The fact that they hold an order and then ship it as soon as you ask to cancel it, with no returns accepted, tell me I can't trust them. I like their products but if I can't trust you not to do some underhanded stuff like that, especially more than once, then I can't do business with you. So, be aware that once you place an order you are stuck with it and they don't care even a little. Be sure in your decision to work with them.

I will no longer spend money on this company, as they don't value me as a customer.
I have spent a total of 500USD on this company, and they have thrown out future purchases over a 9.95USD clip in bang, that was never sent to me.
This is not how you run a business!

I ordered last Wednesday (17th March) and sent a couple emails wondering if my order would be fulfilled, still haven't gotten a reply Two of the five wigs I ordered now say "out of stock" so I'm worried they sold out even though they were in stock when I ordered :( If someone from the company could get back to me, I'd appreciate it, but judging from the other reviews I'm thinking I got screwed.

I ordered a bunch of items four days ago. And they've already taken my money from my card and never shipped my packages. It's still saying label was created from 4 days ago and they just keep hanging up the phone on me when I call about my order.

I ordered 2 bottles of Lottabody Nourish Me Leave-In conditioner with Milk & Honey on December 24,2020 and I received them within a week. I thought this was amazing given the mail was so slow and the other carriers were full. It shipped UPS and I got it- it was well packed in bubble-wrap and a snug box. I was very happy. I was happy to find this Lottabody product bc a lot of stores didn't have this particular product. I had not shopped at DivaTress before but I definitely will in the future.

I placed an order and trying to check status, but know one answers the telephone unable to leave a message, the live chat option, no one returns the messages. Getting very worried that they have stolen my money

This is the BEST online wig store and I have tried several. They are courteous and they get your merchandise out to you ASAP. My package has always arrived fresh, new and securely packaged.

Initially I placed an order of 2 wigs with them. One of the colors wasn't available at first but then all of a sudden it was. The first order was shipped out then a second order was sent out unbeknownst to me. I ended up with 4 wigs, 2 of them being the exact same color/style. I didn't need 2 of the same wigs, not did I need double the charges for shipping and duty.

When I called the store to find out how they were going to rectify their screw-up, the lady that answered the phone said simply that "they weren't going to make amends at all".

I won't be ordering again nor will I recommend that anyone else does either. From the other testimonials they do this quite often which is really crappy. I have alopecia and where I reside in Canada we do not have provisions from Medicare to cover the cost of wigs. That was money that I couldn't afford to lose.

This co. Sent me a used wig. Not a curl or layer insight. Do Not buy from them. You can get the same wigs from other sites. The pic add is from the date delivered. Do not buy from them.
